Special space 1 – Fiury Kan

This dynamic design is reminiscent of a four petalled plant and consists of three levels of community / healing / commercial space; one underground, one on ground level and the last within a special conical roof space. The geometric matrix of this building is rooted in eight mirrored golden spirals all anchored around a central point; four petals expressing as material form and the remaining four as covered outdoor living/working spaces in etheric form.   Internally, the space, circulation and room layouts flexibly open multiple possibilities for any use. Note: price excl. autocad drawings
