Special space 8 – Dan Empare

This design is perfect for any event/gathering/celebrating space or, if the internal rooms are appropriately reformulated, a commercial / office / community space. Based on the 3-D form of the Vesica Pisces, which is the shape of a lens, the primary structural form of this building generates a beautiful experience of spaciousness and light filled enclosure. It is dramatic and exciting, yet also evokes a sense of peace and harmony within. The addition of four reflective water ponds complete the geometric matrix and allow light to bounce up into the building in very refreshing ways. The two main curved roof sides are perforated with many small portholes, which let light through like stars in the sky.
